Cancellation Policy
Fleur De Lis Janitorial Terms of Service and Acceptance of Terms By utilizing Fleur De Lis Janitorial services, you agree to adhere to our policies and procedures outlined below to ensure quality, safety, and consistency. Payments and Fees * Payment is due on the service day via our client hub. * We accept payments through credit card, debit card, Venmo, or cash. Cashapp is not accepted directly, but you can use your Cashapp card through our client hub. * A late fee of $20 per day may apply until the invoice is fully paid. Cancellation and Rescheduling * Please notify us of any scheduling changes as early as possible. At least 48 business hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. * A $75 cancellation fee applies if the notice is less than 48 hours or our crew cannot access your home. * Special considerations for late changes due to unforeseen circumstances will be evaluated case-by-case. Satisfaction Guarantee * If unsatisfied with our cleaning service, inform us within 48 hours. We will re-clean at no additional charge within 7 days. Security * Secure entry methods must be arranged for our crew, including key provisions, lock boxes, or access codes. Referral Program * Refer new clients to us and after 3 months of their recurring service, a donation will be made to a local charity in your name. Service Time * We strive for punctuality. However, delays due to traffic or previous clients may occur. We will notify you if we are more than 30 minutes late. * Cleanings are scheduled between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm unless a specific time is agreed upon. House Preparation * Please declutter rooms to be cleaned and move any large furniture if you want areas behind them cleaned. * Provide clean linens on the beds if you wish for them to be changed. Pet Policy * Inform us of any pet arrangements and ensure pets do not pose a safety risk to our crew or themselves. Product and Equipment Use * We use eco-friendly and toxin-free products primarily. Specific tools are designated for bathrooms and kitchens to avoid cross-contamination.
